The Technology Applications Laboratory of Shaw Environmental conducts respirometric analyses to document the aerobic biodegradability and oxygen demand of environmental contaminants, industrial chemicals, and new products. We use N-Con Comput-OX respirometers and have the capacity to run 24 treatments simultaneously. In addition to respirometry, our 16,000 square foot laboratory is equipped for microbiological analysis, analytical chemistry for both organics and inorganics, environmental treatability testing, and method development. We specialize in the unusual and offer our services to help you with your projects. If you need to conduct aerobic respirometric analysis, we can help define an appropriate testing procedure and conduct the tests.
